Under Kontrol is a human beat-box quartet since 2007.

Its four members, Micflow, Tiko, Fayabraz and Mr Lips have all worked with various artists and featured dozens of gigs all over France. Acclaimed by the community of beat-boxers for the quality of their work, they won the status of France champions in 2008. One year later, they become team World Champions, biggest consecration when it comes to technical skills.

But Under Kontrol wanted to go further, and prove to all sceptics that human beat-box can turn into a true and plentiful musical genre. As a result, they worked like any musical band : one brings rhythm, the others add basses, melodies and effects, giving birth to 100% original tunes, without any electronic trick, but nonetheless sharp to the tenth of a second.

And on stage, these creations are beating all musical boundaries, mixing hip-hop, drum'n'bass, Jazz or Reggae, in a powerful display of amazing vocals. No turntables, no instruments, just four mouths spreading great music !
